Hi all, Thanks for checking out my Wedding day blog! Throughout the months I will be giving tips to brides on their special day,plus showing Engagement sitting images and wedding day images . Today being the 1st post I will give out a great tip for all brides on their wedding day. If you have FRESH flowers coming to the house, have someone unwrap the plastic wrap that the flowers are in. This will let the flowers breath a bit and and will evaporate all water that is being held within the flowers. When the florist delivers your flowers they always spray the flowers down with a healthy supply of H2O. When the photographer comes to the house and asks all the bridesmaids to get their flowers and hold them nicely in front of them, the water will drip out of the flowers all over the dresses and then out come the blow dryers!!! That is why I say let them breath for an hour before the photographer enters the house. This way your flowers are fresh but dry. Another tip is always add some color to your bouquet! You spend good money on your flowers and photography and if they are WHITE ROSES they just meld right into your gown, plus we can't do the special effect of Black and White with colored flowers!
